LG vs Sony

for those who doesnt know, LG wants to ban the import of PS3 to North America due to some patent shz...u can read on this shz here.

apparently LG has won a preliminary injuction against sony in europe and as a result PS3 has been blocked from entering the european market.

What do you think about this shz and if there is no more ps3, would u ps3 fanboys buy 360 to play new games?
